Our CEO's Story
Udday Kumar Krishnan is a seasoned hospitality leader and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience spanning hotel development, operations, and investment management. Udday began his career in the U.S., leading sales and marketing for hotel groups in California before moving into brand strategy and asset acquisition. After relocating to India, he co-founded one of the country’s earliest VC-backed hospitality technology firms, laying the groundwork for what would become a long and influential career in hotel development and management.
Udday has successfully led the design, construction, and operations of more than 90 hospitality projects, including high-profile developments such as Aloft Hotels (Marriott), Days Inn, Sparsa Resorts, and the revitalization of Sterling Resorts. He has raised over ₹375 crores in private equity and institutional funding, working with leading global investors like TDICI, Citigroup Property Investors, Apollo Global Management, and Blackstone.
Known for his strategic clarity, cost-conscious execution, and deep understanding of hospitality operations, Udday brings unmatched credibility and hands-on leadership to every project.

Mr. A. Dharanendiran with a remarkable career spanning over four decades in the hospitality industry. He is a seasoned expert in budgeting, operational finance, SOP implementation, and project cost management.
Throughout his journey, he has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and financial efficiency for some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Oberoi Hotels, Hilton, Starwood, and Sterling Resorts. His deep understanding of hotel operations, combined with strategic financial oversight, has consistently delivered exceptional results, making him a trusted leader and mentor in the industry.
